Expect greatness from your workers, says Symantec CEO

Good leadership is about challenging people to achieve greatness, says Enrique Salem, president and CEO of Symantec. That means setting stretch goals, but making sure you don't set the bar so high that you demoralize people. "My goal is to stretch people to potentially accomplish things they didn't think were possible. But you can't go so far that you break them," Salem says.
