Who is more creative, the entrepreneur or the employee?

Are people who work for others more creative than entrepreneurs? A study at Cornell University showed that people are more creative for others than for themselves. Scott Shane writes that the study isn't directly related to startups, but it raises an interesting question of whether it's easier to be creative as an employee than a business owner.
