FDA gives green light to America Stem Cell transplant trial

The FDA has granted America Stem Cell approval to conduct a Phase I/IIa multicenter dual umbilical cord transplantation study. The nationwide trial will assess the efficacy of the firm's investigational therapy ASC-101 in patients with hematologic malignancies and myelodysplastic syndrome.
