G-20 looks to create regime to fight tax avoidance

Group of 20 leaders are expected to enact a regime that would limit the ability of multinationals to structure operations to avoid taxation. A draft of the agreement was endorsed by the G-20 in July. Implementing the regime, however, is expected to take years.
