More companies roll out generational-awareness training

Many workplaces today are a mixture of baby boomers and younger workers, especially as boomers delay retirement. This generational mix can sometimes bring key differences to the surface, such as expectations about work-life balance. Employers increasingly are finding ways to help these groups work in harmony, including offering awareness training that highlights each group's expectations, cultural references, and strengths and weaknesses.
