Poor social media behavior can turn off recruiters

Forty-two percent of job recruiters say they've reconsidered a job applicant after seeing something the person posted on social media, a Jobvite survey finds. Recruiters say they might rule out a candidate who tweets obscenities or posts items on Facebook involving drugs or alcohol.
