Rail service chosen for crude, grain terminal developments

BNSF is expected to provide unit-train service for Inergy Midstream and Enserco Midstream's joint venture on a crude-by-rail terminal in Douglas County, Wyo., in 2014's first quarter. Meanwhile, a partnership between CHS and Wildcat Minerals involves the development of transload terminals at CHS facilities in the U.S. "Given the seasonality of the grain and agronomy seasons, we recognize that our rail terminals can also be utilized to support the explosive growth of the unconventional shale plays throughout our geography in the United States," said Richard Payne, business development manager with CHS' country operations.
