DDMAC webinar provides guidance on marketing enforcement

Warning Letters and Untitled Letters issued by the FDA's Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising, and Communications (DDMAC) during the past four months call out drug companies for alleged violations in a broad array of promotional vehicles, including materials on the Internet, according to an Enforcement Webinar held by DDMAC Aug. 25. "Marketers must pay attention to Internet promotions and detail aids that could violate FDA policies," said John Kamp, executive director of the Coalition for Healthcare Communication. Read more.
