The market for gluten-free products in Canada has grown at a compound annual rate of 26.6% in five years, according to Packaged Facts. Compared to U.S. consumers, a higher percentage of Canadian shoppers say they purchase gluten-free items to accommodate someone in their household with a gluten intolerance.
