Michigan is latest market for Charter's digital conversion

Charter Communications, as part of its shift to all-digital services, is working in Saginaw, Mich., to convert its analog spectrum into space for 70 HD channels, including Disney Junior, DIY Network and CBS Sports Network. Charter, which is doing similar work in Ashville, N.C., and Southern California, is aiming to wrap the digital conversion systemwide sometime next year.
