N.Y. districts vary in approach to regulating social media

A recent review of nine school districts in New York finds the districts are taking various approaches to regulating students' social media use and curbing cyberbullying. Among them are the Buffalo City School District, which bans student use of cellphones and blocks social media sites on school computers, and Niagara Falls city schools, which supervises all students' activity on school computers.
