Surveys: Employees may be thinking of leaving again

Even though the job market has not yet recovered, employee loyalty is not what it used to be, according to new reports. Only 24% of the rank-and-file employees say they are loyal to their employer, according to a survey by Walker Information. Also, nearly a third of middle managers are looking for a new position and 10% say they will search when the job market improves, according to recent Accenture research.
