A top Wales official wants to make sex education compulsory in England's schools in an effort to reduce teenage pregnancies. Teen pregnancy rates in the UK are higher than in other European countries, including the Netherlands, France and Germany. Sex education is part of the Wales curriculum, but instruction varies by school.
