Toxic mold forces upgrades to courthouse

An outbreak of aspergillus and stachybotrys molds in a district courthouse in Texas is forcing the upgrade of the building's heating and air conditioning system. Workers at the courthouse have been complaining of headaches, heightened allergies and difficulty breathing.
