Want to quit? Give me 2 years' notice, says Kind Snacks CEO

Most employees at Kind Snacks are expected to give at least 60 days' notice -- and for those who report to CEO Daniel Lubetzky, he insists on two years' notice. In exchange, Lubetzky says, he's "blindly loyal" to his workers and has created a "culture of us never treating somebody badly, we have an expectation of our employees that they can't just walk out because they decide to. Everyone is a stockholder, and ownership carries responsibilities."
