Apple relaxes app guidelines

In a move that is expected to ramp up available inventory for iAd creative on the iPad device, Apple relaxed some guidelines for developers submitting applications to its App Store. The move allows developers to use Flash in their designs. Apple previously had taken a hard line against Adobe Flash.
