Additional housing will add to overcrowding, Va. school board says

The Prince William School Board in Virginia has taken the rare step of voicing opposition to residential development, saying that three planned housing developments in the district will exacerbate school overcrowding. Some in the community argue that housing developers should pay more to support public education costs.
