Health care reform will be affecting building service contractors who do not provide benefits to all full-time staffers. "Cutting hours or staff might seem like a good idea, but those solutions could create new problems -- poor service, bad morale, restriction of future growth and profits, higher unemployment insurance premiums and potential employee lawsuits, just to name a few," writes Ruth T.
