Online radio service Pandora Media has picked digital marketing veteran Brian McAndrews as its new CEO as it looks to fend off competition from Apple and expand ad partners. Pandora's ads created 88% of its revenue in the last fiscal year, but the company is struggling to increase ad sales as subscribers and costs grow. It has posted a combined loss of $50.9 million for the past three quarters.
