Retransmission battle takes to ad pages of D.C. pubs

Ads concerning potential changes to TV's retransmission-consent rules have been popping up in Capitol Hill publications as two House subcommittees discuss a reauthorization of a satellite-TV bill that could have wider implications. Ads pushing for change from the American Television Alliance highlight seemingly contradictory statements made by CBS CEO Les Moonves, while ads from the National Association of Broadcasters say ATVA's backers are responsible for most retrans disputes.
