Flyte founder says "I do" to his wife at work

Rich Brooks says that when he lost a project manager at Flyte, his Internet marketing firm, he was initially unsure about bringing on his wife, Cybele, despite her MBA and her head for details. He talked it through with his other employees, laid some ground rules and staked out definitive roles: "I make the decisions in the office, and she's in control when it comes to our two kids and home life," he says. Despite his initial apprehensions, Brooks says, the move was good for his business -- and his marriage.
