Nurse-led care may bolster type 2 diabetes management

Data on nearly 13,000 type 2 diabetes patients showed 17.2% of those at practices with nurse-led diabetes clinics had an A1C value of 8% or more, compared with 68% of those at practices without practice nurses. The findings were published in Primary Care Diabetes.
