Companies find treadmill desks, exercise balls get workers moving

Employers are adding treadmill desks, bicycle desks, desk cycles and exercise balls to work areas to help sedentary employees get more exercise during the day. Brown & Brown senior vice president Andrew Lockerbie says he burns about 350 calories per day using a treadmill desk and Breakers resort HR director Denise Bober says walking on a treadmill desk leaves her energized.
