Top U.S. and Russian officials are meeting in Geneva to discuss how to secure and destroy Syria's chemical weapons, but the two sides have a long way to go before reaching an agreement. The U.S. is pressing for a U.N. resolution that would keep the threat of military action on the table if Syria balks at turning over its weapons. Russia wants the U.S. to stand down on the issue and withdraw its threat of force.
