More South Korean students are studying English in the Philippines

More South Korean students are travelling to the Philippines to learn English, citing the country's quality education and affordability. About 5,900 South Korean students were given permits to study in the Philippines in 2004, a number that grew to more than 29,000 in 2008, data show.
