Chefs "Cook it Raw" to highlight climate change

A group of 14 chefs gathered in Lapland, Finland, earlier this month to create a dinner out of locally foraged ingredients as part of an ongoing program designed to find more eco-friendly ways of preparing food. The group created the first dinner in advance of the 2009 U.N. Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen, and has moved to a new city for each successive meal.
