Lady Gaga heats up MTV's Video Music Awards viewership

MTV's Lady Gaga-infused Video Music Awards attracted an audience of 11.4 million viewers on Monday night, a 27% increase from last year and the special's biggest audience since 2002. The Viacom-owned network said this year's show, which also featured teen sensation Justin Bieber, earned a 10.0 rating in the 12-to-34-year-old demographic, a 33% improvement from last year's event.
