Wellness programs need time, creativity to succeed, expert says

Employee wellness programs are important because people spend so much time at work, but Joshua Love, president of corporate wellness company Kinema Fitness, said such programs need to be creative and evolve over time to keep people engaged. Employers should keep in mind that wellness can address chronic health issues and lower health costs but successful programs take time and can include multiple initiatives, incentives and employee education.
