Judge dismisses US Airways antitrust claims against Sabre

U.S. District Judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum rejected two of the claims by US Airways that Sabre Holdings had "conspired and monopolized" what the carrier called the "Sabre travel agent market." The remaining claims by US Airways allege Sabre limited competition.
