Fed's Yellen warns of lackluster economic recovery

Janet Yellen, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, warned that the country's economic recovery will be weak and vulnerable to shocks. The Fed must guard against "disinflationary forces," Yellen said, because that is a greater danger than inflation. Consumers appear to be saving more because of the recession, she said.
