Canadian province implements law on bodily fluids

The Canadian province of Manitoba on Monday officially proclaimed the Testing of Bodily Fluids and Disclosure Act, a law that outlines the procedure covering the requests for blood-sample testing of people helped by emergency workers who are exposed to those patients' blood, spit or other bodily fluids. The new law imposes penalties on those who refuse to comply with a blood-testing order.
