Sen. Feinstein: EPA spending bill is delayed indefinitely

The debate over the appropriations bill for the Environmental Protection Agency's annual budget is stalled indefinitely, partly due to delaying tactics on EPA's proposed climate rules, said Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif. "It's off the calendar .... A decision will have to be made about whether it goes back on or not," Feinstein added. Meanwhile, Sen. Ben Nelson, D-Neb., expressed his support over Republican efforts intended to delay the agency's climate-regulation goals.
