Some investment banks recruit to prepare M&A departments

Investment banks worldwide are beefing up their departments for mergers and acquisitions in anticipation of a busy year. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, for example, has added senior bankers after an exodus by Merrill Lynch bankers. Employees who were reluctant to move during the financial crisis have become more willing to make a change.
