Online mentoring program to help women break into STEM

Microsoft board member and college president Maria Klawe has formed an online consortium of more than 300 women working in science, technology, engineering and math fields to inspire and support younger women who are pursuing a similar career path. Women in Technology Sharing Online -- WitsOn -- will provide an online forum where students from participating universities receive guidance.
