Harvard institute collaborates on tissue engineering with Charité

Germany's Charité has teamed up with Harvard University's Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering to expedite the clinical translation of new materials and tissue engineering technologies used in orthopedics and connective tissue regeneration. The deal gives the Wyss Institute access to Charité's clinical trial data and animal models, as well as facilities for cell culture and material processing.
