HeartIT applies grant to development of cloud-based imaging services

HeartIT will use a newly acquired $2.5 million NIH grant to create a cloud-based imaging program for clinical trials involving imaging. The move will streamline and fast-track imaging evaluation, according to HeartIT President Robert Judd, who added there should also be less variation among evaluation sites and increased communication between parties involved in the trials.
