Debt-financing shortage hammers shares of U.S. REITs

A shortage of debt financing pushed down shares on U.S. REITs in Wednesday's trading. "Somehow, commercial real estate has gotten a black eye. Not only don't the bankers want to lend to each other, they don't want to lend real estate either," RBC Capital Markets analyst Rich Moore said.
