Change is coming, says AIG executive

As chief of Chartis, AIG's largest insurance unit, Peter Hancock appears to be a strong candidate to take over as the parent company's CEO in the next couple of years. He says he hopes to shake up the insurance business with a new era of accountability and collective responsibility. "If we have a mind-set that change is scary, we will end up underperforming," he says.
