Florida city mulls using propane autogas to power fleet

Deltona, Fla., is considering converting some of the vehicles in the city's fleet to propane autogas and buying propane-powered vehicles. City officials recently met with Ferrellgas representatives to discuss the matter, and the company loaned the city an autogas-powered van to demonstrate the vehicle's performance. Propane autogas is the third-most common engine fuel in the world.
