FEMA extends contract with Esri for disaster management system

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has extended its contract with Esri to host a cloud-based geospatial content management system for another four to six months. The system provides "shared data storage space, user authentication system, databases for data collation, data management tools and software to display real-time location-based data,” according to a FEMA release. The contract is worth $262,490 for the first four months and $172,896 for an additional two-month option period.
