Air France announced it will slash another 2,800 jobs by the end of the next year. The latest cuts follow layoffs totaling 5,100 in June of last year, a casualty of Europe's sluggish economy, according to the airline. The latest cuts will be mostly be reached through early retirements and attrition, the airline said.
