Penn State halts penalty linked to wellness questionnaire

Pennsylvania State University said it will drop a proposed $100 per month penalty for staffers who do not fill out a personal health questionnaire as part of its new wellness program. Faculty and staff objected to the provision, claiming it was a violation of privacy, and the university said it would establish a task force to look at the issue and health benefits more broadly.
