NP develops simulation program for Akron NICU staff

The Akron Children's Hospital NICU staff will practice their skills using four patient scenarios in a new simulation program called S.T.A.B.L.E., which was created by neonatal nurse practitioner Kris Karlsen. The program helps improve team communication and stress management and promotes skill development.
