W.Va. program gives state workers personalized fitness plan

The Public Employees Insurance Agency's "Work it Out at the Workplace" initiative to get West Virginia state employees to become more active has gone from a pilot project to an approved work-site grant option program. Employees get personalized assessments and fitness plans with a focus on diet, exercise and lifestyle modification.
