From picking trade fights with China to ducking potential clashes with industry groups, Obama's officials are coordinating their policy decisions and announcements in a bid to boost Obama's chances. "He looks like he is aiding his re-election with the power of the Oval Office," says Bush-era White House aide Matt Schlapp.
