HHS to offer smoking-cessation text messages

The Text4Health Task Force said the HHS should create text-message libraries that provide health information free to the public. HHS said the first one will offer the National Cancer Institute's QuitNowTXT, which sends evidence-based smoking-cessation messages to adult smokers.
