Britain takes steps to improve diplomats' language skills

The U.K.'s foreign secretary, William Hague, announced the reopening of the Language School for diplomats, which was closed by the last Labour Government in 2007. Hague said he believes the hiatus of the school has weakened the nation's foreign service personnel, and the reopened facility will offer training in 80 different languages.
