How one Mich. company is working to get women into leadership

Only a small percentage of the directors at Michigan's largest public companies are women, according to research prepared for the Inforum Center for Leadership. However, some people are trying to change that. A few years ago, women working at Kelly Services, a staffing company, created a women's leadership group that helps its members interact with company leadership and learn about best practices. Women now account for 36.4% of the company's board; that's up from 17% about a decade ago.
