It's critical for women who want to get ahead in the working world to believe in themselves and find something they care about, according to Hewlett-Packard CEO Meg Whitman, who spoke via satellite at a recent economic development forum. "We're going to spend a lot of time at work. Find your passion," she advised. In addition, it's important for both men and women "to be easy to work with," she said.
