Ubl touts "broad bipartisan support" for device tax repeal

Stephen Ubl, CEO of AdvaMed, has expressed optimism that the 2.3% tax on medical devices could be repealed this fall. "Congress doesn't agree on a whole lot these days, but the medical device tax is one issue that has broad bipartisan support," he said.
